Above the minimum required. Not just enough to satisfy local building codes. Our goal is not to build a house for you that suffices for a year or two. Our desire is to partner with you in building a home that will be around for decades. And since we are a part of the same community where we are building your home, it is imperative that we build it excellently. Your name will be on your home as long as you are there. Legacy Builders’ name will be on your home forever. The home we build after yours may be on your block, or for a friend of yours. Therefore, we want your satisfaction with your home to last long after the closing. Cutting corners, using substitutionary products, and just “getting by” in general will not have a positive impact on our relationship with you in years to come. We will be using the best practices in the building industry to present you with a home built on excellence.
