We see the construction process as a partnership between homeowners and builders. Our partnership begins at our first meeting. It continues throughout your project as we meet with you at least on a weekly basis at your new home as it is being built. We see these meetings as foundational to our relationship as it gives us an opportunity every week to discuss the status of your project, make any decisions that need to be made, and help you understand how your home is being constructed. It is also an opportunity for you to catch a glimpse of the relationships that your home has in the community with our trade partners and vendors. When all the dust settles, and the last piece of furniture is moved in, and the construction part of building your home is complete, the thing that will remain is our relationship with you.
